Requirements :

• HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
• Have experience in customer services, and following up orders/quotation
• Experience in any clerical support
• Good communication skills, responsible, interpersonal skills and self-initiative, able to work under pressure

Job Duties :

• Provide sales administration support to sales team
• Handle customer inquiry, daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, logistic issue
• Handle stock take, provide regular sales analysis and reports
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
• Preform daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable, account payable and general ledger transactions
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper classification and coding of financial transactions.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting periodic inventory counts, and reconciling inventory balances with financial records.
